Run Business Better in One Week

The Norming PSA Cloud adopts the agile implementation methodology, which usually gets the Norming PSA Cloud go live in one week for a small or mid-sized project-based company.

    • Norming PSA Implementation Methodologies

The implementation of Norming PSA is a challenging and time-consuming process that requires a careful planning and research within the organization. It was approved that Agile is the best methodology for implementing Norming PSA. The agile implementation methodology was concluded by the Norming PSA consultants with expertise and through a stepwise procedure.Step 1: Preparation and Requirement Analysis. Step 2: Setting Up Prototype. Step 3: User Training and Acceptance Test. Step 4: Go-Live Support.

    • Agile is the Best Implementation Methodology for Norming PSA

Traditional implementation methodologies usually involve the creation of a design document that details the system features or updates, including information about the business process, any custom fields, roles and profiles. The document is reviewed and approved by the client before any implementation begins. Any change will have to go through the review/approval process again. While this works for a software development project, it does not work well for Norming PSA implementation projects. With the agile methodology, projects are structured in repeatable sprints of design- prototype-test-evaluate. It provides the following benefits.

    • Why Agile is a Must for Norming PSA Implementations

Agile allows us to skip the pomp and circumstance and get to what really matters - the work. With waterfall, there are many long-winded review sessions focused on making the customer comfortable, the who’s who conversation, the business process review, overall analysis of existing systems, and of course many discussions about the big design document. None of these things show concrete results in Norming PSA or provide valuable results, and much of this can happen very quickly in the project kick-off call. Every waterfall project also involves explaining why half the hours and budget have been used up and nothing is in the system. The customers feel like the wheels are spinning but we are going nowhere. This simply never happens with agile because real work happens from the very start.
