Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia(CIDRZ ) is a non-profit organization that operates in Zambia. Since 2001. CRDRZ has been an active partner of the Zambian Ministry of Health. The healthcare service programs support more than 336 Government-owned clinics located in two provinces, Western and Lusaka. With the generous support of many international donors, most notably the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) administered through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Zambia, CIDRZ has been able to support the delivery of lifesaving services through the public health system in collaboration with the Government of Zambia. For more information about CIRDZ, please visit the website http://www.cidrz.org.
CIDRZ has been running the Norming PSA system since 2012 to manage the staff complement of around 900 full-time staff and well over 1500 volunteers. The modules deployed so far includes,
1. Project Management
2. Timesheet and Labor Allocation
3. Internal Recruitment
4. Leave Management
5. Payroll & Benefits
6. Appraisal Management
7. Employee Self-Service
With these modules, CIDRZ has completely eliminated paper-work from most organizational interactions via electronic workflow channels. The employee self-service portal (ESS) has proved invaluable in management of project, leave, time, pay statement and recruitment requisitions.
